This production line is an ideal choice for the mass production of staple-bound notebooks. It features a matched combination of 12 processes from Reel Unwind, High Speed 2/2 Flexographic Printing, Cross Cutting, Collecting , One Unit Auto Cover Inserting , Stitching Unit, Folding, Spine Pressing , Strip Cutting, Waste Paper Collection , Trimming and Slitting. Finally the product is counted. Four workers in a 10 shift hours can produce more than 100 thousand notebooks; As of July 2016 we have sold 54 sets of this machine to domestic and oversea markets.
