It features a matched combination of 26 processes from Reel Paper Unwinding, Tension Roller, Printing and Ruling, Cutting Perforated Lines, Paper Splitting, Sheet Folding, Sheet Slitting, Sheet Collation & Counting,  Inner Sheets 90° Turn, Title Page Insertion, Endpaper Insertion, Back Cover Insertion, Front Cover Insertion, another 90° Transport Turn, Covers glued on inner faces separately from the pages, Gluing Book Spine, Second Spine Gluing, Removal of Excess Glue, Drying, Paper Tape Gluing, Tapes Applied and Pressed, Paper Tape Cutting, Transport Books, Drying Paper Tapes, Book 3-sides Trimming and Finished Product Collection. Every 10 hours can produce more than 100 thousand notebooks, needing only 4 persons in total. As of Sept 2016 we have sold 30 sets of this machine.
