We use CMYK printing for school paper notebook with spring cover. You could also print your company name or logo on it.Your own cover design is welcome !What's more , we also provide varnish and press polish for notebook copybook to make the color not easy to fade and brighten the color with no extra cost.

Inner design.

We accept custom paper notebook cover design and inner design , also offer more than 2000 designs for your choice.

Inner design: Square , 7mm lines , 8mm lines , french lines , seyes lines, arabic lines, etc

we use high quality paper, so it is clean and smooth, you can write fluenctly on it

 

 

Notebook cutting and corner.

The cutting of each edge is perfect and all the notebook have same quality. 
Because all of our machine are flexo fully automatic , so it could easily to control the whole process and then guarantee each custom notebook' quality.
Our corner is perfect neatly 
As different country, different customer has different requirements about paper notebook' corner, so here two choices for you: one is regular right angle corner and the other is round corner. 
 

Binding method.

notebooks & copybook are most popular for school. A5 size usually with 2 nails and A4 size can with 3 nails, it depends on your requirements


Packing & Delivery

1.Inside use shrink wrap to prevent moisture ,out packing use carton and PP belt,prevent human improper operation, resulting in a carton damage, thus affecting the quality of the product. 

2.Outside of the school notebooks and A4 A5 copybook use water proof carton which are eco recyclable.  

The marks in the carton is clear and the standard size of carton makes the loading orderly. Following is the whole 20ft container
