Product Description
This machine utilizes advanced technology such as microcomputer controls, photoelectrictracking, hydraulic powered system, gas pressure devices, touch screen operation and waterink flexographic printing etc. Ink flexographic printing is environmentally friendly and scientific.
This equipment is assembled by one paper reel, 2/2 color printing tower (2 sides and2 colors), paper slitting, page counting, high stack paper station, cross conveyor, covefeeder, folding, spine pressing, cross cutting, final trimming and finished product collection.The machine only requires a 4 person operating team. One senior operator and an assistantplus two for collecting and stacking the notebooks at the end of the machine. When makingnotebooks of less than 30 pages expect a production rate of 8000 to 10,000 notebooks per hour.
This equipment has the added versatility of being able to run as two separate units, or thefull line machine operation. Separate operation including the front and back section. The frontsection can cover the operations like printing, page counting, cover feeding and high stackingof product. The back section can cover the operations like auto feeding after binding, foldinaspine pressing, 3-side book trimming, and finished product collection. When using the completefull line machine operation, it can realize full automatic production of wire stapled exercise books.

Q5. What payment and trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price. But we also accept other methods like L/C . We accept Western Union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q6. Is it easy to operate and what can I do if I experience any difficulty?
Firstly,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man. We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company. We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
Q7.Availability of spare parts?
We will supply the most commonly needed parts. There rests have the warranty for 1 year.
Q8. What is the guarantee and maintenance period?
The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.
