This machine utilizes advanced technologies such as microcomputer controls, photoelectric tracking, gas-liquid interaction,touch screen operation,thread sewing etc. It consists of a pre-prepared raw sheet desk,3 lines of sewing machines,an auto thread cutting unit,major transport system, a square spine pressing unit,3-side trimming unit and finished notebook collection.This production line is an ideal choice for the mass production of thread sewn notebooks. The equipment only needs a team of 5 persons,3 persons for raw material placement,and the other 2 persons for collecting the finished product. It is specially developed to meet the needs of customers who have rotary press.It is a simple operation and cost effective , requiring small investment , which especially fits small customers.

Q3. What's the delivery time?
Depends on the production schedule.Normally30 to 45days.Most of the time we have stock.
Q4. Can you help us to buy other goods?
Sure, and we can undertake quality assurance on your behalf..
Q5. What payment and trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price. But we also accept other methods like L/C . We accept Western Union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q6. Is it easy to operate and what can I do if I experience any difficulty?
Firstly,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man. We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company. We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
Q7.Availability of spare parts?
We will supply the most commonly needed parts. There rests have the warranty for 1 year.
Q8. What is the guarantee and maintenance period?
The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.
